| 08:00 AM | Hotel Pickup | Our driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the departure jetty. |
| 08:30 AM | Boat Departure & Safety Briefing | Arrive at the jetty and board the boat. Your guide will conduct the meeting and safety briefing during the journey to Spot 1. |
| 09:00 AM | First Freediving Session â Spot 1 | Begin your first freediving session at Spot 1. The planned session duration is approximately 45 minutes. |
| 09:45 AM | Boat Transfer to Spot 2 | Travel by boat to Spot 2. The planned transfer time is approximately 15 minutes. |
| 10:15 AM | Second Freediving Session â Spot 2 | Enjoy your second freediving session at Spot 2 under the guidance of your freediving guide. |
| 11:30 AM | Third Freediving Session â Spot 3 | Continue your freediving adventure at Spot 3. The session will be conducted according to your condition and the sea conditions. |
| 01:00 PM | Lunch & Relaxation | Enjoy lunch, hydrate, and take a break before your next freediving session. |
| 02:00 PM | Fourth Freediving Session â Spot 4 | Resume your freediving adventure at Spot 4, subject to adequate recovery and suitable sea conditions. |
| 03:00 PM | Optional Fifth Freediving Session | Add an optional fifth session if desired, provided your recovery and sea conditions are suitable and your guide approves. Additional charges may apply. |
| 04:00 PM | Return to the Jetty | After completing your freediving activities, return by boat to the departure jetty. |
| 04:30 PM | Transfer Back to the Hotel | Relax during your transfer back to the hotel after your freediving adventure with Go.ID Manado. |
Choose 4 or 5 freediving sessions according to your preference, experience, and comfort level. The final schedule will be adjusted according to sea conditions and safety requirements.
Our freediving team will help coordinate your sessions based on your goals and experience. Every session includes appropriate recovery time and follows the guide's safety instructions.
Freediving must be conducted with appropriate supervision and safety procedures. Never freedive alone or practice breath-holding underwater without a qualified buddy or appropriate professional supervision. The number of sessions may be adjusted according to the participant's condition, recovery, and sea conditions.
We offer discounted rates for freediving groups of more than 5 people.
